This was my last page for the Pop Off the Page class. I’ve only taken 2 scrapbooking classes and I didn’t finish either of them. I seem to lose interest, or run out of steam, or get too busy, or whatever. The pop off the page class was definitely the better of the 2 I’ve taken, and I got tonnes of inspiration for layering, so it was definitely worth the money, especially considering the stuff included in the class kit.
This is not my favourite page, but when you’re trying new techniques (in this one I tried the collage technique of starting a page) you have to be willing to not love the end result. For me, I find that if I worry too much about how it will turn out, then I tend to hold back and not really try things outside my comfort zone. If I try not to focus on the end result I find it really frees me up to try new ways of doing things. The down side is sometimes I don’t love how it turns out, but that’s how I learn, so layouts like these are all through my scrapbooks!
|This layout uses lots of Silhouette cuts and large scraps of patterned paper from the Central High kit|
I also got to use my new days of the week tab stamp, which came in the Studio Calico Central High kit. I stamped them in Dry Sand Prima Chalk Ink and stapled them to the photos.

The printed journalling tag came in the Pop Off the Page kit, and I added the blue grid washi tape and yellow chevron ribbon.
|Layers of small embellishments|
This embellishment cluster includes shapes I cut with my Silhouette Cameo, printed die cuts from the Central High kit, sequins, and wood veneers.
