I’ve been away the past 2 weekends in a row, which means I have lots of photos to scrap, but I’ve had less time to spend in my scraproom, so it’s been awhile since I’ve posted here.  Today I’m sharing a layout I created before my scrappy hiatus, and then I’ll be back later this week with some of the stuff I created this week.

First layout using Classy Girls kit from Scraptastic!

I love sitting down to make the first layout with a kit.  You have so much to choose from and nothing has been picked over yet.  For this layout I used some of my favourite papers from the new Carta Bella Hello Again collection.

I scrapbooked this layout while a friend was over, and we were both shocked that I found a use for 3 of the floral stickers in the kit!   I did cover a good part of them with buttons, but I really like the look of the flowers on this layout because it picks up on the flowers in the picture.

This cluster of pretty colours makes me happy happy happy!

And here is the Process video for this one!

Mercy Tiara

Mercy Tiara

You may be wondering who is Mercy Tiara, and why the name? MercyTiara is an anagram of my first and middle names, Tracy Marie. I discovered this name in the 90's in grad school when we were all coming up with alter egos for one another in a lab one day. I've used it ever since, but you can call me Tracy or MercyTiara, or anything you want... just don't call me late for supper!
