Hi everyone, I’m here tonight with a late-night edition of Fab Find Friday.  I’ve been so busy the past few weeks that I had to close my eyes to all the CHA Summer sneak peaks and the reveals posted from the show itself.  But now that my work week is over, I spent the late afternoon and early evening taking in all the videos at Two Peas in a Bucket, and all the reveals and peaks on the manufacturers’ blogs.  So I finally feel up to date with what is up and coming in the industry.

I think there were lots of great papers in the new Amy Tangerine, Dear Lizzy, and Crate Paper lines, but I don’t feel like I need the whole collection of any of those lines.  I’m going to share here the 3  paper lines that I would consider buying the whole collection pack for (although I won’t be buying all three).

One of my favourite picks from the show is a collection I actually already have:

I am so loving the colour combo in this collection and I have always loved Kaitlin’s designs, so this one was a no-brainer for me.
Another collection that is calling my name is the Recorded collection byAllison Kreft for Webster’s Pages:
I love the hit of raspberry in this collection, as well as the polaroids, cassette tapes, arrows, confetti, chevrons, ampersands… ok I love it all!
This collection also includes some beautiful and unique embellishments:
These cameos are unlike anything else I’ve seen in the scrapbooking industry!

These look like the kind of clips that don’t loose their shape when you clip them on a paper.

These overlays are awesome- the polaroid one has tiny polaroids across the top
And now for something completely different.
Who knew I would like something like this, but the Persimmon line by Basic Grey is really appealing to my autumn loving self:
The colours are different for me, but I think I’d have fun with these prints!

Fun embellishments round out this collection:

PS: Those letters are on acrylic squares, so they are transparent!!!!!

And now the difficult part- waiting for it all to come out!  So what are your favourite picks from CHA Summer?
Mercy Tiara

Mercy Tiara

You may be wondering who is Mercy Tiara, and why the name? MercyTiara is an anagram of my first and middle names, Tracy Marie. I discovered this name in the 90's in grad school when we were all coming up with alter egos for one another in a lab one day. I've used it ever since, but you can call me Tracy or MercyTiara, or anything you want... just don't call me late for supper!
